Platform Positioning
The LuxeLane public homepage is for merchant recruiting and onboarding information. It is not a buyer entry for browsing all platform products. Customers should enter through a dedicated merchant storefront, where product price, inventory, availability, and order ownership stay tied to that shop.
Merchant Applications
- Merchants must submit accurate basic details, including business name, product category, contact name, email, phone, and notes.
- The platform may use those details for initial review and decide whether to open merchant dashboard and storefront access.
- If information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unreachable, the platform may delay, reject, or terminate the application.
Merchant Responsibilities

- Merchants may not publish illegal, infringing, misleading, or unsuitable products or content.

Platform Rights
The platform may adjust application status, shop status, product visibility, or related features for review, risk control, compliance, technical maintenance, or operational reasons. For merchants that violate rules, create risk, or disrupt platform operations, LuxeLane may restrict, suspend, or close related services.
Updates
LuxeLane may update these terms as business or compliance needs change. Updated terms become effective when published. Continued use of platform services means the merchant accepts the updated terms.
